Brewed with 12 pounds of fresh home grown, organic peaches right from our back yard! Lots of Tettnanger, Citra, and Zythos hops. It is a crisp refreshing beer with a hoppy hints of tropical fruit and citrus, dripping with a juicy peach finish. Only sweet, fresh, juicy, peaches are used, no extract or fake flavoring in this delicately balanced IPA.

The name of this beer is in commemoration of one of our Shadow Dogs that is no longer with us, Bear. Thanks to the wonderful hefewiesen yeastie-beasties this beer's fruity hef flavor is accented by organic blueberries and soft malts. A light hop aroma and blueberry tanginess help to round out the sweet elements in this beer.
Blue-Beary Hefeweisen
Fake Black, Cherry IPA
Don't be miss led, this Schwarzbier (Black Beer) didn't sit on Black Cherries. Held in the light it has a beautiful chocolate color, hence the "Fake Black" name. Our first batch sat on 4lbs of sweet dark cherries. It's delectable from the first sip on!
